Could be anemic? Are you eating healthy? You could just be worn out. You need a vacation and some much needed relaxation, that always gets me out of a rut.

It might not be how long you sleep for, it could be the actual quality of sleep. If you can sleep for hours and still wake up feeling like before you went to bed then sleep quality is poor.
Try not having caffeine after about 4pm, and doing a quiet activity an hour before bed, like reading or something, and only go to bed when you feel drowsy.
Also, keep bed strictly for sleeping and sex, don't watch TV in it or anything, it needs to be strictly a peaceful space. And make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark, and don't let the sunlight filter in in the mornings.

I think a lot of people's body clocks get messed up, which leads to poor sleep. If you get up at 6am everyday for work, and then sleep in til ten on the weekends, then your body clock has to start all over again on Monday. Its far better to get up at the same time everyday and get into a rhythm, you will fall asleep way easier and stay asleep longer.
