There you click 'Start Recording' and it will automatically record your screen as a small movie, upload it and give you the URL which you could then post here for all to see.

I did a quick movie to demo this Here

You need only create a free account with them first. It's quite a useful method of showing people any specific problems you might encounter and they could then give you exactly the help you need.
