one of the 10%, read the below information first before applying.
Your chances improve greatly if you are recommended by an existing staff member. The power of the recommendation is
obviously stronger the longer they've been support.
To be recommended for support;
Be seen greeting new members in the chat rooms
Be seen referring new members to the chat rooms
Be a regular contributer of the chat rooms and message boards
Show a sense of humour - important!
Be a friendly and noticeable character - equally as important!

There are two requirements before you are added as staff;
You are comfortable providing your home address. Only the owner of Friendly Chat will have this address, no-one else.
This is for security reasons only.
You have never been banned from Friendly Chat.
If your application form is successful and the two above requirements are met, you will be sent a letter via snail
mail welcoming you to the community, along with your password.
New staff members are added every March & every September. So don't worry if you don't hear anything for a long time
- you'll only be contacted at the end of February or August if your application is successful.
